Reduce fat add veggies and fruits:
Person who have hypertension or on the risk of hypertension are highly recommended to reduce the intake of fat in any form saturated or total fat. because fat block the vessels which leads to heart stroke.
Instead of this you may eat
Whole grains which contains high fibers
Verities fruits which contains acetic acid ,potassium, etc
Verities of veggies hich have high fibers.
Fish contains omega 3 two times in a week.
Low fat dairy products.

Excessive weight or weight more than body mass ratio leads towards the hypertension. Weight loss normally leads towards normal blood pressure. Calculate your calories in take according your sex, size and activities level or consult with a professional dietitian. They will help you to make a diet chart for you.
Regular physical exercise
Doctors recommend that patients with high blood pressure are involved in 30-minute medium-intensity dynamic aerobic exercise, such as walking, jogging, bicycle or swimming, 5 to 7 days of the week.
